Thanksgiving Week: Day One

Thanksgiving, a time to remember who we are thankful for in our lives. To start off the Thanksgiving week, Adrian & Jenny flew into town. With a family full of excellent chefs, we had to start off their visit with food. So, we had lupper (lunch + supper) at Village Tavern. You may think Jenny had ordered an enormous taco, but it is actually a steak salad in a massive tortilla shell.

Afterwards, a fun trip to Whole Foods to pick up some last minute Thanksgiving items. And after some rest, Adrian and Jenny, master Pizza Artisans are preparing pizza toppings right now in my kitchen. It is so nice to sit back and type this blog as the sweet aroma is traveling into the living room. Well it is time for a late night snack now... yummo!
