Coming to Your Screen: Microsoft's New Vista

BBC2, Fri 9 Feb, 7:00 pm - 7:30 pm

It's one of the biggest new products of the year, and the chances are you'll soon be using it at home or at work. Microsoft, the world's top software company, is launching its new operating system, Windows Vista, the long-awaited and much delayed successor to Windows XP. What does it really offer, and why is it so critical for Microsoft?

The Money Programme has had exclusive access to Microsoft to follow the launch of Vista. Reporter Max Flint investigates the business of Windows.

The film will air tomorrow (Friday) evening at 7.00pm on BBC 2, it will also be available (11.00 PST) in full online at Money Programme (along with additional videos of the interviews with Jenny Lam / Tjeerd on the UI and the UK Steve Ballmer interview – both great interviews).
